Human Givens Australia uses a new understanding of emotional health to provide fresh hope to people who need it.

The term "human givens" represents a set of ideas that provide a clear explanation of human behaviour and what it means to be psychologically well. The ideas are contributing to a new paradigm in psychology, one that explains for the first time why humans dream; how the brain processes information; how inactive medications can make people feel better; and how people can be effectively and quickly set free from depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress, and addictions.

The ideas are spreading ...
